All Höganäs Keramik stoneware is dishwasher-safe. We recommend adding a rinse aid to keep stoneware in tip-top condition.
To remove stubborn leftovers, soak oven-safe stoneware in soapy water, and wash by hand after half an hour or so. Never use steel wool or abrasive pads as they may scratch the glaze.

Stoneware is oven-safe, but avoid sudden temperature changes. Placing cooled stoneware directly in a hot oven may cause it to crack.

To remove discoloration caused by, for example, limescale, tea or coffee, add 2–3 tablespoons of citric or ascorbic acid to the dishwasher detergent.

Stoneware is microwave-safe. Stainless steel cutlery may leave black marks on stoneware plates.
Always using a rinse aid makes your stoneware less liable to mark.
